Across our 45 five-star reviews and 15 years working in Nottingham, feedback consistently highlights four practical advantages of booking our wait-and-load clearance vehicles instead of hiring a conventional skip.
Whether clearing bulky furniture through narrow Victorian terraced jitties, dismantling old garden sheds on 1930s suburban estates, or shifting bagged rubble from a driveway, our team carries out all the loading directly into our vehicles. You never have to haul heavy barrows out to the kerbside.
Placing a skip on restricted Nottingham streets often requires costly Nottingham City Council highway permits, parking bay suspensions, and lighting, plus the risk of neighbours filling your skip overnight. Our wait-and-load waste removal clears the load in one visit and leaves your drive or street clear immediately.
Landlords, HMO operators, and families managing bereavement or end of tenancy clearances regularly note how tidy we leave the working area. Once the furniture, white goods, carpets, or garden cuttings are loaded, we sweep through patios, alleys, and rooms so the property is ready for inspection.
Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, property owners remain legally responsible if an unlicensed operator fly-tips their rubbish. Because commercial waste cannot be taken to domestic council tips, we transport every load to authorised commercial transfer stations across Nottinghamshire for sorting and recycling.
See the standard of clearance our customers describe in their reviews. We arrive on schedule, remove all non-hazardous domestic, garden, or builders waste, and sweep the site clean.
Cardboard, plastic storage tubs, and accumulated domestic waste loaded directly onto our vehicle and the paving swept clean.
Bagged renovation rubble, timber offcuts, and old household items cleared in a single visit without leaving a skip on the drive.
Broken timber, old furniture, mirrors, and outdoor clutter removed to leave a clean lawn and clear patio area.
Based in Nottingham, Anthony Gough Waste Removals provides domestic and commercial clearances throughout Nottingham and across Nottinghamshire. Different customers rely on us for specific logistical pressures:
Respectful bereavement clearances, full garage strip-outs, shed removals, and seasonal garden waste collections where property, floors, and accessways are protected by our fully insured team.
Prompt turnaround between tenancies, including summer student property changeovers, removal of abandoned mattresses and furniture, and compliant disposal documentation.
Scheduled wait-and-load collections for kitchen rip-outs, ceramic tiles, timber offcuts, office desks, and packaging cardboard without blocking customer parking or site access lanes.
We have 15 years of continuous, hands-on experience clearing residential and commercial waste across Nottingham and wider Nottinghamshire, backed by 45 five-star customer reviews.
Yes. We hold full insurance cover to work inside residential homes, garages, lofts, and commercial premises, ensuring your floors, walls, fixtures, and accessways are protected throughout the clearance.
All waste is transported directly to authorised, licensed commercial waste transfer stations where loads are sorted for recycling and diverted from landfill in full compliance with Environment Agency Duty of Care regulations.
We arrive at an agreed time, do all the heavy lifting ourselves, sweep up afterwards, and drive the waste away immediately. You avoid Nottingham City Council road permit charges, parking bay suspensions, and having a metal bin sitting on your driveway for days.
