Trade Waste Collection in Nottingham: your questions answered
How does wait and load waste removal work for trade sites?
Our wait and load service is a great alternative to a skip. We arrive at your site in Nottingham or the surrounding county, and you or your team show us what needs to go. We load the materials directly into our vehicle and leave immediately. This is perfect for city-centre sites or busy roads where you cannot get a permit to leave a skip on the kerbside.
Are you a licensed waste carrier for Nottinghamshire?
Yes. Anthony Gough Waste Removals is a fully insured and licensed carrier. We have been operating for 15 years and always use authorised transfer stations to dispose of trade and commercial waste. This ensures you stay compliant with your legal Duty of Care.
Can you clear commercial waste from retail and office units?
Absolutely. We provide commercial rubbish removal for landlords, letting agents, and business owners. Whether it is a shop-fit out, an office clear-out, or removing abandoned items from a commercial property, we can handle the lifting and disposal quickly.
Do I need to help with the loading?
No. Our service includes the heavy lifting. Our team will load the waste from your site or property into our vehicle, so you don't have to spare your own staff to do the manual work. We also sweep up the area once the waste is cleared.

Why Choose Our Wait-and-Load Service?
For many commercial projects in Nottingham city centre, traditional skip hire is simply not viable due to narrow Victorian streets and limited off-street parking. Our van-based clearance service solves this by offering a prompt, flexible solution that does not block access lanes or parking bays. By opting for our wait-and-load service, you avoid the risk of unauthorised individuals dumping rubbish in your skip, and you save the time and expense associated with securing local highway permits. We ensure your commercial waste is cleared efficiently, keeping your site safe and professional.

Anthony took away all the debris from my demolished shed and when he finished I wouldn't have known there had been a very big pile of rubble. It was the third time he had taken rubbish away and as always he did a very good and efficient job.

All materials we collect are transported directly to authorised, licensed transfer stations in the area, ensuring your waste is sorted, recycled, and diverted from landfill. We maintain a full audit trail for every clearance, supporting your duty of care obligations.
